I got banned at the start of may for being underage when I'm literally 20... I have sent appeals to Antrophic and I haven't received a single answer from them. Has this happened to anyone else?
UPDATE: They sent an ge check link, I honestly refuse to do age checkings, any way to evade this?
I come home today try to open Claude and it says I'm logged out. I try to log in. I'm banned, for being a minor, the sent me an email but the link to verify my age won't work, doesn't open, so now I have 30 days to get back my account, and it's not an internet problem since everything else goes perfectly. What do I do? I have sent a request saying that I'm not a minor. So let's see what they say, even if I manage to open the age check link, is there a way to bypass it, I refuse to give my facial data or I'd to an AI company
