Little recap. Great soulslike enthusiast, beat many of them. I've played Wuchang restlessly in the past 3 weeks, level 90ish.I killed the fierce tiger 3 days ago, explored ferry overlook to relax a bit, took the flamebringer. Past the point of no return, I lost the enthusiasm I've had, and I am simply just tired. It'a a great game and I want to finish it, but I think I need a break. It's the first time it happens to me with a soulslike. Anyone else had the same feeling?

Hi, I am 47m. I have long hair from when I was like 17, and, despite having (at the times) a lot of hair, I always had a marked parting. Fast forwarding i 2021, after a very stressful period, I started to notice on the vertex, in corrispondence if the parting, a bald spot around it. The situation was kinda stationary but at the start of february 2026 I've decided to start oral min (i started from 1,25 and my doctor adjusted the dose to 2,5 mg/day starting 3 days ago) and finasteride (1,25 mg/day). Today I was checking the situation and it seems to me stationary/slightly worse. I've read around that minoxidil can cause a worsening of the situation and the "dread shed" when you take it. Until now I didn't experienced it, I mean, I lose some hair but I've never lost locks of hair under the shower and so on. I wanted to ask you if maybe the dose I took until 3 days ago (1,25 mg) is not enough, and if I must stick with the meds. I don't like the idea of an hair transplant but at the same time I don't want to sleep on the situation, given the fact that it's not so compromised by now.
