OSA Claim Denied again, and it's getting ridiculous...

I've been working on this claim since 2023, and have sent in two supplemental claims. My first claim was as secondary to PTSD, which got denied, so the OSA claim went with it. I then got a diagnosis, a sleep study, and a nexus letter for a direct connection, that was also denied as not having symptoms or complaints in service.

I recently filed another supplemental with buddy letters stating I snored and stopped breathing while in service. I also pointed to service records showing my performance issues at the time. I was oversleeping a lot and even fell asleep on watch.

These were written up as discipline issues at the time for which I was sent to NJP. I literally fell asleep standing up.

This latest claim was denied for... Reasons? The examiner calls out my exact evidence of in service sleep disturbances, and then denies due to later weight gain and habitus.

In the meantime, my PTSD claim has finally been approved, so I have that available for a secondary route.

Can you guys help me make heads or tails of this?
