Im fairly new to the game. Am I able to use Grievous' supreme commander 2 pip, turn 1 to essentially give all my troopers 2 surge tokens and then ruthless them onto the field? It seems pretty strong.

For example can I give a face up order token to a Kraken led super B1 squad and to another unit giving him 2 surge tokens then ruthless onto the field making it much easier to get in range? He even gets an upgraded dice because ruthless would kill a B1.

Im assuming he gets 2 surge tokens, one for getting an order from the card and another for being in range 1 of another unit given an order by the card.

I could see this being a pretty crazy turn 1 play with a bunch of upgraded B1s and B2 squads.
