Why has the PS2 homebrew and hacking scene slowed down so much lately? Apps like POPStarter had huge potential, but it feels like nobody is updating or improving them anymore. I honestly think the PS2 still deserves more attention from developers. A big community update to tools and homebrew apps could really revive the console again. The PS2 is legendary, and it would be amazing to see the scene become more complete and polished instead of being left unfinished.
