I know this is a long shot, but i gotta ask.

My local library has an Ariel Rider w-750 bike they use to pull their book bike trailer around town. It only gets ridden a few times a year. Last week, when they pulled it out of storage to charge it up for this season, the battery refuses to charge. It's been plugged in for about 12 hours now, and still showing no charge. Since I donated the bike to them several years ago, they've reached out to me for help.

Does anyone yone have any ideas? Im not even able to FIND a replacement battery that matches this one.
