Hello creeps. I’ve been thinking about writing a short horror story set during a zombie apocalypse, with inspiration from films like Taxi Driver and Nightcrawler.

Rather than focusing heavily on action or large survivor groups, the story would follow an isolated young man whose mental state slowly declines as he survives alone in an undead world. The apocalypse becomes less about the zombies themselves, and more about loneliness, delusion, and escapism.

I’m aiming for something atmospheric, and psychological.

Would that be something people here would be interested in reading?
