as the post states I worked for a company for a month they went bust and havent paid my wages. The owner said I can claim my wages through goverment insolvency pay but i havent worked at the company for 2 years thus, my claim was dissmissed. In hindsight the company was fairly dogey and im pretty sure he was fradulently trading and never had any intension of paying my wages. Its gone into insolvency is there anything i can do to get the money that is owed to me. the amount is just under 2k.
