How effective is the immersion method?

Firstly if you don't know, the immersion method of learning a language is when you surround yourself in your target language, you can either go to the country physically, or make an environment for yourself. This means watching japanese podcasts, listening to japanese music, or reading japanese next books

This is the most natural way of learning a language, and first you might not be able to understand anything, but with more exposure you start picking up meaning of words through context, and combining this method with flashcards I find this method more effective than just relying on text books alone. Let me hear your opinions

Duolingo is boring?

First of all I don't mean to start an argument for people who are using Duolingo as a mode of learning Japanese, but for me I don't feel like it's good enough, I feel like it's slow and repetitive and doesn't actually prepare you to comprehend and speak fluently, I find flashcards and immersing on YouTube videos for effective because I'm actually listening to how real japanese people speak like. What are your thoughts?

Is focusing only one topic good for a Facebook page?

So I have creating content of Facebook about tech mainly programming concepts, tips and tricks, and how to's, but I have been told to only focus on one thing since random topics makes it hard for the algorithm to identify your niche. So I was thinking on only focusing on creating flutter content, but the thing is the flutter community on Facebook seems so small, so is it worth it to just focus on a single topic or I should just continue with what I was already doing?

How do you actually gain traction and followers if you are just starting out?

I have noticed that a person is most likely to like and follow an account that already has thousands of followers or a video with millions of likes, but when they see a video with zero or 10 likes, they will mostly just swipe without even watching it for 3 seconds, so my question is how to you gain those followers if nobody is giving your content a chance?
