As the title. How to lower the stem on this? Integrated cables with d shaped steerer.

The lower spacers don't go above the stem and I don't seem to be able to find any d shaped spacers for on the top.

I want to lower the stem before I cut the tube, but I don't know how much I want to lower it yet. 😆

Help! 😂
