I hope I have found my people that can help me locate this item. I bought a beautiful pen from an online store along with extra refills. They are a fine tip but I prefer a medium tip. The replacements have a little grey ledge on them that fits into the barrel. I ordered 10 more refills from the store but my fear is they will go out of business and I won’t be able to replace them. I love the pen!

Any ideas would be appreciated. We could add ink to the existing if that was an option. I thought I could risk a mess and cut them down but it requires the ledge.
