My doctor is switching me from xelstrym 9mg patch to Armodafinil 50mg. Since I take Qelbree 400mg which acts on norepinephrine, the xelstrym, which also increases norepinephrine and dopamine, was causing me to not be able to find my words. It was as if I didn’t have access to my knowledge or I wouldn’t be able to articulate myself properly.

Since Armodafinil only works on dopamine the theory is that it should be a better combo. We’re going with a super low dose because the Qelbree will intensify and prolong the effects of the Armodafinil.

I’m curious if anyone has tried this combo?
