Beginner gym and weightloss - advice needed

I started a going to the gym a couple of months ago. Mainly I use the weight machines and free weights. I’ve lost 3st but I’ve stalled. I started taking creatine about 2 weeks ago and that’s when the stall started. I have been losing around 1-1.5 a week before then.
I am still doing the same as before but the scales stay the same.
Am I missing something? I don’t think I can workout more than I am - I just don’t have the time. I’m lifting 4 times a week with 15k steps daily and sometime a run. It’s really putting me in a spin! Advice or any reassurance please. Thanks for reading
