What to do with collection of tube radios

My father-in-law was a collector of things. We are clearing out his barn and have found a variety of tubes and tube radios in varying condition. This one was clearly a mouse home for a while—I’ve pulled out insulation and whatnot. Is this of any value to anyone or should it go straight into a dumpster?

Some of the radios are wooden cases, others like this are plastic. Mouse inhabitation also varies.

Info request: North Dakota this August - mosquitos?

My husband and I are bringing his parents (aged 84 and 83) to North Dakota this summer. It will be their 50th state, and they are very excited for our trip. Dad's short term memory is touch and go, and mom has some mobility issues, so our itinerary is pretty gentle. They're both photographers, and dad was a paleontologies, so we'll go from Bismarck to Medora and stop in Dickinson along the way.

Today they sent me a photo of some hats with mosquito netting that they purchased for the trip. My thought was..."um, what?" I've also never been to North Dakota, but I didn't think I was going to the jungle. Will we need these? Will we simply be using them as an outstanding photo prop for future family stories??
