Should I leave a stable software job to pursue a Master’s in Germany in Embedded/ICS, or stay and continue my career in India?

Need some honest advice ..

I’m from India, did my Bachelor’s in ECE, and have been working as a software developer for the past 3 years. I currently have admission offers from:
- TU Hamburg for ICS
- Fachhochschule Dortmund for Embedded Systems Engineering

I’ve been planning to do a Master’s lately, but now that everything is becoming real, I’m honestly confused.

I already have a stable job here, and leaving that to do a Master’s feels like a huge financial and career risk. I can’t really depend on my parents financially either, so if I decide to go, I’ll most likely need to take an education loan and manage things on my own.

At the same time, with how fast AI is changing software development, I’ve started wondering whether moving towards Embedded/ICS is a better long-term path. I’ve always had interest in the hardware side too, which is why these courses attracted me.

But then again, I keep thinking:
What if I leave a stable career for something uncertain?
And what if I stay back and regret not taking this chance later?

Would really appreciate honest opinions from people in tech, embedded, or anyone living/studying in Germany.

If you were in my position, what would you do?
