Hey guys, I'm looking for an e-ink tablet with 100% privacy for taking notes no Wi-Fi, no Bluetooth, etc. Just pure note-taking, something like Remarkable but private. I've been searching for a while with little success; all the devices I've found have syncing, connectivity, and so on. I want something that gives me that feeling of writing with a pen on an e-ink screen, but where privacy is the top priority. Is there anyone who could help me?
