Ok guys let's hear it what's your worst maintenence story you got?

I'll go first. Doing pm's go to change furnace filter and find a dead squirrel in it. No big deal I've seen worse. Then proceeded to change batteries in co and smoke alarm. I Then go to change thermostat batteries. Pop the cover off and a hundred or so roaches (Germans) fall out everywhere all over me my clothes everywhere. Resident sitting right there doesn't even react. I put the cover back on and noped the fuck out of there. Still have ptsd everytime i pop a thermostat cover off.
