Help! I don’t have all of the usual mastitis symptoms (no fever no flu no aches and feel fine overall), except there’s a little darkness/redness around a part of my areola. Additionally, I definitely have a clog which has caused my output to go from 60-90ml in the bad boob to now 10ml even after a 5 hour stretch.

I’ve tried everything including 600mg ibuprofen every 6-8 hours, sunflower lecithin, massage while pumping, dangle feed, icing — for 84 hours now. No improvement.

Is this mastitis? What should I do? I do have antibiotics that the hospital prescribed “just in case I need it” so I could start any time. I’m worried about taking it unnecessarily though.
