Hello , more of a research and academia guy, I plan to pursue masters or potentially phd after my ug from foreign , is it worth to invest 32 lakhs during ug for better facilities and networking ? Or should I go with a Lower fees colleges ( state government colleges, almost tier 3 ) ? Parents told me they can afford everything but still I am worried about spending too much money on ug itself . Thankyouu
