I run a vertical SaaS product and payroll was the one thing I hoped we could avoid touching. It felt too complicated and outside the scope of what we were building but now that customers use our platform for most of their daily operations they keep asking why payroll is still disconnected from everything else The frustrating part is I can feel the gap in the experience now every time someone has to leave the platform to finish the process somewhere else I think avoiding payroll might be hurting us more than the complexity of adding it. Any help?
