ASML fake job openings

Throw away account!

Recently I have applied on a job opening that requires 0-2 years of relevant experience. I currently have 5+ years of experience in an engineering role with more responsibilities than the open vacancy. Im fluent in English & Dutch. No gaps in my resume, high gpa, worked for a fortune 500 company. Had many internships for both suppliers of Asml and end users(fabs). One of my internships even put me on the patent for the proces I co-developed. I also have 4 years of hands on experience in clean rooms working with asml products. Yet all my application get auto declined around midnight. I match all relevant skills/keywords from the vacancy. I have applied multiple times just to see what happens and the result is the same every time. Im 100% sure their just collecting data or some other scheme. How can a company that screams for more technical employees on the news auto deny application of qualified personnel.

Btw I have also applied for vacancies that ask for more experience also auto denied. Im currently employed and was just testing if statements on this sub where accurate and yes they are. Its not your problem you can not find a job its ASML. Its a shit company with a Philips mentally. It will end up as Philips or worse in the future. Any of you had similar experiences?
