What’s your pain point when it comes to reading books online/offline?

Does anyone else struggle to stay immersed while reading now?
I used to read for hours without checking my phone once.
Now I catch myself reading 2 pages, switching apps, scrolling, coming back, rereading the same paragraph, etc.
It made me wonder if reading today feels way more fragmented than it used to.
I’ve been thinking about building something around “deep reading” maybe:
quiet reading sessions with friends,
discussion spaces without social media chaos,
immersion timers/focus modes,
a place to journal thoughts after finishing a book
But I honestly don’t know if this is a real problem or just me.
What actually breaks your reading flow the most?

( pls answer the question asked if possible while sharing your experience!🫶🏻)
