Hey guys. We have an issue here we cannot solve actually and BM support is kind of shit tbh.
This happened on our last job and we never had this before. Cam is on 10.0 firmware. Lens is a Fujinon HA16x6 BERD analog HD lens.
Did someone experienced this too before?
Hey. We have a specific environment I will explain shortly and have a question afterwards.
Video Mixer Pixelhue P20. Analog audio in via 3,5mm jack. Output HDMI fiber 100m into UTE 1>4 HDMI distributor with Chinch and SPDIF out.
Sound is embedded in HDMI and is passed through. No sound on Chinch or SPDIF out.
When I put a Decimator MD-HX in between the Pixelhue and the HDMI fiber it works.
Our suggestion is that the Decimator puts the audio on the first HDMI stereo-pair which the Pixelhue doesn’t. Can someone confirm this or is there another info to that question?
