I wanted to switch to a full body routine twice during the week, with an extra upper body day during the weekend.

I wanted to switch to a full body routine twice during the week, with an extra upper body day during the weekend.

I am afraid that I’m doing too much on the full body days, and that my body will be out of energy for the last excercices.

I have a rest day between each workout, and on those days I would like to do some occasional cardio (running, swimming, cycling)
