Advice needed
I've wanted to lose some belly fat and my solution so far is jump rope and long walks/hikes. I've also considered getting a treadmill for my home as I am too anxious and socially awkward to go to a gym, but I feel like I'm not doing it right. I don't expect instant results and my ultimate goal is to just feel ok in my body but I really need some tips on how I can optimize this whole process. 🙇🏻♀️
