Good day Cultists and Followers!

I will be extending mod applications to until june 5, I just finished my last project for the semester and thus can properly review all the applications, this is also to give more people a chance to apply.

There is no set number yet on how many mods I will be choosing. To apply is the same, just comment on this or the previous mod application posts, and thank you to those who have already applied.

Also thank to the followers who gave their input and perspective on he NSFW posts, i am reading all of them and am getting a better understanding of how this sub wants to function.

Most of what I am seeing is that most people are fine with NSFW(to a certain extent) since it is something tied to Malevolas character, but the problem stands on the enforcement of the NSFW tag as a lot of our brethren like to scroll reddit in public(most in trains or the subway).

I will be making it clear in the rules, and to the up and coming mod team that any risky post that is not tagged NSFW will be taken down. Does that sound good to everyone?

I want to know you all, the followers thoughts on the current state of NSFW posts.

Aside from me not being able to take down posts fast enough, what does everyone think of how NSFW posts are determined, such as "as long as it doesnt show bare privates its fine"?

Is it too specific that it doesnt cover all the NSFW posts? Because to be fair there are some really risky posts out there, but since they dont "show bare privates" its fine, but are nonetheless are pushing the limits to the rule.

How should I determine NSFW and if its too much and needs to be taken down?

Part of Malevolas character is that she is the spicy demon lady, and because of that I dont want to completely get rid of spicy content, but I am still not sure where to draw the line, thats why I want everyones thoughts on this. I need all your help to improve our beloved cult.

It has come to my attention that I need to recruit more moderators for the cult as I cannot always be active to review every post. And thus I will be taking applications to form a mod team for our cult, I dont have any specific requirements as I personally review all the applications.

Comment the timezone/where youre from, why you want to be a moderator, and link to other subs you already are a mod in(if you already moderate other subreddits)

First I would just like to say that I apologize for my lack in communication lately, I am have been really busy with university work.

I do not have an excuse for being ignorant and lax to the current state of the subreddit, it has only recently hit me the true scale of this sub and how serious its moderation needs to be.

It is evident that I cannot always moderate or keep up with the affairs of the sub, and thus am asking for help on how I should go about in recruiting moderators, I need suggestions on qualifications, and the best way to go about the process.
