Is it worth to subscribe 3-month bundle to strengthen my weak areas or I should just redo uworld incorrects?

I did a mistake which is when I took an nbme, I did not review it, instead I continued going through uworld and library then moving to another nbme. I decided that I review each one but when I go and look at the answer I feel like “yes, totally understandable and logic, how do I even not choose that answer” but when I take another nbme, not much improvement, so what is the best way to reveiw old nbmes in this situation?

currently towards the end of studying step 2 thing and I did nbmes 10-14 but my scores are not what I am shooting for, so is it reasonable to do that SA after some uworld grinding or it is useless as a predictive tool?
