ORR upgrade is a corruption in broad daylight
ORR area is already getting new footpaths since last few months and the area below flyovers are being tiled.
Now there are talks of crores of rupees being spent to upgrade footpaths again? So they will demolish what they built and redo?
They just built new footpaths in Mahadevpura Marathahalli ORR area!! what was that for??
