After trying out multiple different strategies to find what suits me as a trader, it’s been a delight locking in on this 1m price action strategy by jjsimon. I trade it abit differently with low risk though. But it helps me be wrong instantly. I even close trades early when they are going against me, which I have never been able to do before. (Yes i was a trader with no stop loss and ruined myself with DCA, but its super unhealthy specially with ADHD)

Paper trading account taken from $22k to $90k in 2 weeks.

4th day on this combine. Building discipline and patience. (Asia and London only)

Finally locking in on a strategy but it’s always that demon that steps out and trades out of plan.

How do you guys control waiting for the A+ setup? I started talking to myself and seems to be working.
Any tips on how to stop over trading and enjoy waiting for a setup will be much appreciated. (Bonus if it is ADHD friendly)
