Im grateful to have this estimate but not thrilled by it. I never asked for sellers credits. Different fees that I haven't noticed on other posts here.

Annual gross is a tad over $66k. $964 monthly debt. 765 credit with transunion.

I also have an initial meeting with Navy Federal later today, realtor seemed upset when I told her about this but supported the idea. Looking for any advice please!
