Simulation from surgeon for rhinoplasty and sliding genioplasty
First pic is original, middle is both, and far right is rhinoplasty only. Does the simulation look alright or should I have him alter it? If so, what should I have him change? Also thinking of having him add some micro fat and nano fat to the midface. All advice welcome!!
