Hi everyone! My partner and I are looking for a roommate/subletter for a private bedroom + private ensuite bathroom in our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in SOMA.

The room:
• Private bedroom with large walk-in closet
• Fully ensuite bathroom (with second entrance, so it feels more private/suite-like)
• Furnished or unfurnished options available
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Parking available
• Utilities + internet included

Pricing:
• $3,000/month unfurnished
• $3,100/month furnished

Move-in:
Flexible June/July timing depending on current roommate transition, but June is the main target date.

About the apartment/building:
Modern amenity building in SOMA with gym, lounges/workspaces, rooftop spaces, secure entry, etc. Very walkable location near Trader Joe’s, Costco, Sightglass, Caltrain, Muni, and freeway access.

About us:
You’d be sharing the apartment with a couple in the other bedroom/bathroom. We’re working professionals with a pretty calm and respectful household rhythm. One of us works in tech/creative operations and the other runs a small fragrance business, so the apartment is generally clean, peaceful, design-oriented, and low-drama.

We’re friendly and communicative, but this is not really a party house. We’d love someone who values cleanliness, privacy, and a comfortable shared environment.

• Hybrid or remote worker wanting a stable landing spot

3–7 month stay preferred with a written sublease agreement + deposit.
