Should I prioritise cardio or weight lifting?

Hello,

I am a 28 year old woman who is currently on a weight loss journey. The majority of this has been done through a calorie deficit (eating 1,200-1,300 cals per day on week days, and a couple cheat meals on weekends) and by ensuring 6 days of the week I hit 10k steps, as well as taking up running - I can now manage a 5k without stopping! Since January I have lost over 10kg.

However, I am ready to kick it up a notch, and instead of sacrificing my weekend treats (these really get me through my strict deficit lol) I would like to add more regular exercise through the week. I had planned to run 5k 3 days a week, and lift weights 2 days per week. Is this a good ratio, or should I be prioritising weights 3 times per week and running 5k twice per week? What would be the most effective way - my goal ultimately is to lose weight and get in shape. Is 5 days of exercise enough?

Any advice welcome!!
