Are you open to talking/dating a pax?
Female FAs: this may be a common question and it may be an eyeroll question, but genuine male here asking.
Whenever I fly and am out of the workplace I'm more open to meeting someone as a single guy who shares my same profession/industry. I know you guys are on the job/clock, so curious as if you're just in work mode solely or open to meeting and getting to know a pax?
An FA on AS showed me her phone on what they see for non-revs so it was cool to see my name and seat as she let me move and have my own row on a flight.
Recently on a DL instant attraction on my part when she gave me my coffee and asked if I wanted more snacks to which I made a joke and got a smile out of her.
Ultimately though I can be confident, but at the same time not going to go around asking FAs out or if they want to keep in touch. So I just keep it to myself knowing I most likely won't see them again and take it for what it is.
But to female FAs, or heck even male FAs, are you open to dating pax, meeting one for a drink or date or have had that experience?
I'm also not talking about the trope about getting it on later that night, I mean genuine connection and getting to know someone to make that clear.
