Is everything looking nice? :D

Hello! I'm 6 days post op (surgery last Tuesday) and here I am asking reddit if it looks nice? Doctor said everything is nice and no problems. Is my healing slow? Do the nipples look alright? When is the biggest chance of them dying?

Thank you! (the number under letter is day) So right graft day 5 for R5

Few questions about nipple graft

Hello! I'm 4 days post op (DI) and I'm really scared about my nipple transplant failing. What are the first signals your nipple is rejecting or failing? So far everything looks nicely. :)

How soon after TS is the biggest chance of graft starting to die?

I'm now changing the dressing every day as adressed... taking the old one out, then desinfection, antibiotic ointment, petroleum gauze and gauze over it. After that I wear my binder. I'm scared if it's not toho much drama on the nipple? Like it can't breathe under the ointment? I'm so scared I fucked something up. Is putting ointment on nipple reason for it to die? :(

Thank you! :))

sleeping under weighted blanket?

Hello! I'm day 1 post-op (DI w nipple grafts) and I would love to know if it would be okay to sleep under weighted blanket in your opinion. I'm going to be in hospital for few more days but after? Thank you! :))

surgery tomorrow, feeling strong!

18M

It's evening and I'm just waiting for the last doctor visit before I can go to sleep. The realisation that tomorrow this time I'll have my first surgery behind be is scary but exciting. Of course I'm scared that I would throw up after anesthesia but I'm more scared about the stitches damaging rather that throwing up. Either way I'll do it and I'm strong. I may not even throw up I may throw… WHO knows… But every situation has solution and throwing up is better than not waking up :D

Take care! :)
