I hope the main villains in Danmachi & SO can be as cool as, or even cooler than, Azi Dahaka from Mondaiji.
Both in terms of their philosophy and the meaning of their existence, their power, and the way they are defeated—like in the battle against Azi Dahaka (OEBD/Dungeon), where one must truly be worthy of being called a hero. It even required a character as strong as Jack of Lantern/Ripper (Leon), who was willing to sacrifice his life just to give the MC a chance to win. In the end, Izayoi was able to achieve victory thanks to the wheel of fate and luck being on his side, while in Bell’s case he has the DA Luck ability. That battle also involved many casualties from various characters.
Even so, I doubt many people know Mondaiji since it’s not a very popular series, but this is just my personal opinion, so it shouldn’t be taken too seriously.
