The email came from an HR Specialist at a small agency. The only way to get to the job posting is with the link in the email. A search for the job doesn't come up. I've never heard of this happening before. I guess having my resume/profile searchable helped them find me. I feel pretty lucky because I currently hate my current federal job. Fingers crossed that I'll get the job.
