So I finally hit 160 and need some advice on what to do.

My main end goal is to start doing endgame content like raids. I enjoy questing and getting rep for all the factions.

I been on and off with the game forever and power leveled the last 10 levels and now I honestly dont know what to do. I am currently just questing and gaining rep.

I want to try and gear up but I dont know the best way to do it.

I am just trying to find out what the best way to spend my time. Are missions worth doing? Is there anyone I should be gaining rep with to get better gear?

Links to any type of guides would be appreciated. I also dont know all the abbreviations everyone uses is there some place I can find them out?
