Just graduated in June 2025 and did 4 co-ops across fintech, banking, and consulting. Main stack is Java, React, TypeScript, Python, and SQL.

I’ve been applying for SWE/full-stack/backend roles for a while now (mostly in Canada, open to remote too) and honestly getting almost nothing back. Barely any interviews and most applications just disappear with no response.

At this point I’m trying to figure out whether the issue is my resume itself, ATS filtering, how I’m positioning my experience, or just the current market.

I’m a Canadian PR so no sponsorship needed. Any honest feedback is appreciated.
