I saw the new TV animation in the art gallery featuring Brusha, I like the story, but for a 90s show, the animation style wouldn’t look like that

From what I’ve seen old 90s shows tend to have the frames drawn manually and people rarely used the same assets for the characters’ body parts. The animation style in the new TV animation looks like it was made in 2010-present

Also the fact that it’s 16:9 but stretched to 4:3 is strange
