Promotion Offer Dilemma?

Hey everyone this may be long lol

So, I am a leasing consultant at an apartment community, I've been in this field for 2 years and 4 months. I was with one company for 10 months and my current company for 1 year and almost 6 months. I should also add as of August 2025 I'm in Cosmetology school and set to graduate September 8, 2026 (YAY!).

Well our Regional manager was fired back in Feb, shortly after the property manager quit in March and so they bought in 2 new people to fill those positions. The new property manager keeps asking me if I want to be an assistant property manager if the offer became available at another community within the company because she thinks I'd be great at it. I said no (I live 5 mins from the office I work out of and am content with that commute lol)

Fast forward to yesterday, they fired our assistant property manager and now they are asking me about taking the position. If I take the position its only maybe a $2/hr raise and I'd have to go back to working Fridays (my current schedule is flexible for school so i only work M&T 9a-5:30p and W&Th 9a-2p off friand Sat) If I'm not able to go to school on Fridays, I'd be pushing my graduation date back by about a month and a half.

If you were in my position, what would you do? The position is better for me as its more paperwork based as opposed to people based BUT I'm also trying to finish school asap because working and going to school is A LOT. Im tiredddddd lol
