Fascinating gray catbird coloration
A friend of mine in north central Pennsylvania spotted this looker yesterday and today at her house! I shared with some of my fellow birding friends and everyone agreed it was a gray catbird (I also have a video and the call is certainly that of a gray catbird). I couldn’t find any examples online of a similar coloration. Interested to hear everyone’s thoughts on this beauty and to see if anyone has any experience with interesting color mutations in gray catbirds.
