new construction apartment has constant fire alarm, water shut offs and carpenter ants (TX)

my apartment was completed after i moved in, probably about 9-10 months ago. in january i renewed my lease because nothing was wrong. of course within about a week things started taking a turn. my apartment has had the water shut off 5 times since january the longest being for 2 days. the worst part is there is constant fire alarms as well and they sometimes last up to 40 minutes, sometimes as little as 30 seconds. no email before or after letting us know they are going to be testing or that it was a false alarm. no one even goes downstairs anymore when it goes off, we all just go out on our porch if we have a porch. once it went off at midnight for over 30 minutes and they still did not send out an email about it. when i moved in it was a new unit that had never been lived in before and my fridge didn’t work and neither did my oven. maintenance fixed it very quickly thankfully so i had high hopes. there was also a wifi outage for over a month at my apartment (wifi is included in rent and they install it) and when i told them about it they told me contact spectrum and when i contacted spectrum they said i needed to talk to my apartment because my apartment wasn’t listed under their wifi anymore. it was back and forth for a while until it got fixed, that month was the highest data bill ive ever had. to make everything worse i found a pile of sawdust in my pantry with ants crawling all in it the week i renewed my lease. ever since then ive been finding them everywhere. after doing some research i realized the sawdust was just them making a nest behind my pantry. pest control helps for a little but then they come back so quickly. like i see one and the next day its just ant city. and they go for my cats food so ive had to resort to putting their food on the counter. is any of this grounds to break my lease without repercussions or am i just going to have to live it out for the next few months? (edit: typo)
