AML checks on cash flat purchase
what documents solicitor requests to provide and for which period of time (if for example 200k purchase) and how long it took? Have they charged you more (as some has clause for extra charge for complex cases - what does it mean? How you control 50£/per hour charge and ensure they do genuine hours? Thank you
