Miles/week needed to maintain for the next marathon?
Hey All,
Recently ran my first marathon a couple weeks ago, and followed it up with a half marathon today!
I want to run another marathon in October (and maybe one in September too). If I did that, I would mostly just be trying to maintain the fitness I've already achieved in order to be ready for those. How many miles a week should I be shooting for?
Reference: in my previous marathon training block I was averaging ~ 20-30 miles a week by the end of training.
