Got Rejected locally with 3 years experience
Hello, iam currently working full time but was looking for better jobs and i was getting offers and then i say no not good for me until I just got rejected technically after pass the HR interview, I got it now the mid to senior level are seeking a mindset not a skills,, a deep understanding for few concepts better than overview understanding for more tools, a structured way of problem solving not just starting, that's important for working with teams or at scaled projects, they are seeking for someone reading from references, thinks in abstraction and OOP to write clean code modular systems, not implementing features, youtube has good resources too for people not liking references dense books but try to understand how to think to solve not a new feature to copy implementation.
I plan to make some demos with pure C# in console apps along reading a Design patterns book or watching a series but to apply everything in different examples of my own ^_^, I'm really gratefull for my rejection
