Okay I'm in a predicament. I haven't submitted my application for Fordham transfer yet because I've been so busy with classes and making sure my essays are good, but it is my top school (my fault, i'll admit). I've applied to other schools I've been considering (Baruch, Loyola Chicago, Stony Brook) so I have to make a decision before my spot is taken. Just to take a shot, I also applied to NYU, but I just hate that I have to waste money on a deposit while I wait on other schools. For background, I'm a sophomore Comms major transferring out of a SUNY and am looking to do Journalism or Marketing at my new school. I plan to have my Fordham application done today or tomorrow, but now I'm worried that I wont even get in or get enough aid so I'm stuck choosing a good alternative.
I'm rambling, so I'm just going to list pros and cons. I'd most likely want to pick between Baruch or Loyola
Baruch - 100 deposit, $22,266 to attend, would be going for Comms but Ik they're good for Marketing, commuter school but I would rather be in NYC (also works out b/c i'll live in state)
Loyola - 500 deposit, $23,000 to attend, want a campus life in big city, seems like a pretty campus but Chicago is further from me.
