Opinions on rhinoplasty- 4 months post op

I had an open septorhinoplasty in march
I went for a more natural result
4 months post op now and my front profile is wider than expected
I know that i still have alot of swelling in the supra tip area but does anyone know if the front profile will become more defined over the next few months?
I know that by 4 months most bridge swelling has subsided
I’m definitely struggling to see bridge definition.

I had multiple osteotomies, a nasal hump removal and an alar base reduction.
my surgeon did not recommend taping so i haven’t been.
My nasal bones particularly the left side are also still pretty sore.

I’m also seeing my surgeon next week for a follow up!
