Many of the posts I’m seeing are for entry level or near entry level. I’m curious how long the search is taking if you are going for a c-suite position?

I’ve never been a perfume person. I love scent but I’m more of a lavender rosemary person. I have never found a mass produced fragrance that I truly like. That being said, I am really interested in a perfume class but are all the finished products more like the complex scents you buy at a perfume counter or are you able to build something simpler and more nature based?
