Trying to beat skinnyfat
Hi guys, I am 5'6 and 130-135 pounds and I think I look quite bad. Im trying to make an improvement by aiming for 100ish grams of protein a day and doing exercises at home, going to the gym isnt an option for me. I have some 10lb dumbells so if anyone has suggestions as to what I should do, please tell me!
